The hotel staff was helpful. Breakfast offers a wide choice of foods. The hotel location is convenient for accessing central areas (it's near the underground). I found the room to be clean. W12 Car Park offers parking right next to the rear entrance. Free WiFi was a bonus (very important for me).
The bathroom door in my room did not shut properly. (A minor inconvenience.)

Pillows were too soft. This impacted my sleep. i wish i had brought my own pillow. perhaps they could consider offering pillow options.

Location prove convient near the tube. I appreciate the clean room and fair space. The helpful staffs were positively charming, remain discrete. It were an amazing experience and the beds and shower were very comfortable and transport so easy.
I found the bathroom a touch small. There were no fridge too.

the team offered such a friendly welcome and checking in was simple. the room was a king night double, a really cozy space! i found tea and coffee were abundant, and the tv had a great selection. i especially enjoyed the lovely shower products and soft towels.
